He started over with less than nothing.
Micah grew up watching his father build one of the most durable organizations in network marketing. But watching isn't learning. He spent his twenties managing restaurants — long hours, lost weekends, a career that was never going to give him a life. Somewhere in that grind, addiction found him. Self-doubt did the rest.
At thirty he checked into rehab and made the only decision that ever really changes anything: he decided to stop. Sober, clear-headed, and starting from zero, he sat down with his father — Jeff Altgilbers — and finally learned the business he'd grown up next to. This time as a student, not a spectator.
Today Micah runs a thriving organization from wherever his family happens to be. He's a stay-at-home dad, a bodybuilder, and living proof that the comeback can be bigger than the setback. He'll be the first to tell you it wasn't talent. It was a decision, a system, and the discipline to stay with both.
"No matter where you start, a brighter future is always within reach."
